The conference fosters collaboration between industry, research, and educational organizations. The main goal of the conference is to facilitate knowledge transfer among stakeholders, with an emphasis on development trends and the awareness of the need for skilled personnel in technological and industrial sectors, as well as in broader research fields.
The focus will be on topics addressing the green transition. Overcoming the challenges of sustainable development requires special attention to this issue, as the use of green technologies is essential to achieve climate neutrality in Europe by 2050. The green transition must be structured in a way that enables a competitive economy, while simultaneously recognizing that the green transition presents numerous challenges as well as opportunities. Experts from Slovenia and abroad will participate in the thematic sections of the conference, representing industry, universities, research institutions, and other professional audiences.
