Obisk Skupnega raziskovalnega središča Evropske komisije (JRC – Joint Research Center)

Posredujemo vam informacijo o priložnosti za zainteresirane študente, da obiščejo Joint Research Center v Ispri (Milano):

Dear colleagues,

The European Commission Joint Research Centre (JRC) in Ispra, Italy, is hosting a 5-day training on nuclear decommissioning and waste management on 8-12 July 2019. The course also includes visits of the nuclear installations in Ispra and practical illustrative case studies.

This ‘Decommissioning Summer School’ is part of the ELINDER training programme and is open to undergraduate students who have not yet a professional activity and are willing to enrich their curriculum during their holyday’s time.

We would be grateful if you could support the initiative and address this invitation to universities and professionals in the field of engineering, science and technology including environmental science, sustainability, chemistry, biology, geology, … so that the concerned students can apply.

The participation is free of charge for accepted students. The JRC supports the courses and accommodation. Travel costs may be subject to partial reimbursement.

Interested students should express their interest and complete the application form available here (also attached) and send it together with their student card to Ms Daniela Santopolo (JRC).

The course is limited to 40 participants and the deadline to apply is end of April 2019.

Further information on ELINDER is available on the dedicated page of the JRC website.

I thank you for your support and cooperation for the success of this initiative aimed at students.

Kind regards,

Sophie Beernaerts
